Once you choose J & J plan mangers as your NDIS Plan Manager, we commence our support for you by completing a service agreement and send out to you via email or post. We request you to go through it, fill, sign, and return to us. If you have any difficulty signing the Service Agreement, you may reply to our email saying, “Read and Agreed”. Kindly give special attention to our ‘Invoice Approval’ policy. As it is written, if you wish to approve any invoices before being paid or want to keep all invoices as a record, please let us know in writing. You will be receiving a monthly statement in the beginning of every month stating the previous month’s transactions. Please go through it as soon as you receive them and get back to us if there is any discrepancy.
In addition, you can have real-time access to our NDIS software through a mobile app called Careview Advantage if you wish to do so.
We have a process to follow when requesting a reimbursement for the purchase you made. You must fill the reimbursement form; whenever you request a reimbursement, send this filled form along with the receipt. Please click here to download the reimbursement form.
